INNOPSYS offers a range of portable, low-cost microarray scanners for the research and industry markets (health, diagnostic, agri-food, ...)
InnoScan®710 is a fluorescence scanner 2 colors (635nm and 532nm), including a barcode reader, suitable for all microarrays (nucleic acid, protein, cells and tissues arrays) spotted on standard slides combining performance with cost-effectiveness for a variety of applications (gene expression, genotyping, aCGH, ChIP-chip, microRNA, DNA Methylation, proteomic, custom arrays).
InnoScan 710 exists also with a 24-slide autoloader : see InnoScan 710AL
.
Our InnoScan® 710's scanners use dynamic autofocusing system, which greatly reduces background noise, is immune to substrate deformation and offers perfectly uniform scanning across the entire microarray surface.
Their autofocusing system combined with a true "pinhole" confocal detection, based on 2 fast and extremely sensitive digital photomultiplier(s) (PMT) and high accuracy optical filtration confer excellent photometric performance to InnoScan® 710, notably in terms of its sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio.
Able to scan simultaneously the 2 detection channels in 3.5 minutes (at 10μm/pixel,full scan area), thanks to its patented XY motorization, InnoScan® 710 is the quickest scanner on the market with a flexible scanning speed from 10 to 35 lines per seconds.
Due to its optical system and its improved sensitivity, InnoScan® 710 is able to scan a high density microarray while keeping high quality image. The pixel size is adjustable from 3 to 40 μm. Its image analysis software Mapix® has been imagined in order to optimize the high volume file management. (See FAQ's)
The linear variation of PMT gain associated with Mapix® histograms offers in real-time accurate adjustment for saturation levels and a easy channel balacing.
InnoScan® 710 has been designed to be easily transportable thanks to its robust conception, studied dimensions and light weight (15.5Kg only).
InnoScan® 710 is delivered with a validation tool and a software to check the scanner performances.
InnoScan® 710 comes with intuitive and easy-to-use Mapix® software. Mapix® do acquisition, image analysis and data export to other standard software well-know in the market. It is fully compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems (32 and 64-bit) and with Mac soon .
Its Ethernet plug allows an utilization and a data sharing between different users through a network.
Characterised by its easy-to-use system, its price and quality of image, InnoScan® 710 is an ideal tool for regular use with microarrays.
