With a scanning time of 100 minutes for the 24 microarrays, InnoScan^® Autoloader is the fatest scanner in the market. Designed to limit the bleaching phenomena (due to ozone), the sample loader is separated from the scanning area.

Insert easily your microarrays in the loader and select in a few clicks your scanning and analysis paramaters due to easy-to-use Mapix^® software.  
 
 

InnoScan^® Autoloader is compatible with a broad range of microarrays (DNA, Protein, aCGH, ... and even the mirror slides) from different suppliers, as well as custom-spotted microarrays.
In association with Mapix^®, InnoScan^® Autoloader offers the possibility to:

• insert from 1 ot 24 microarrays, identical or different
• define the scanning and analysing parameters for each slide or for a group of microarrays
• save the user's parameters
• choose the operating system (windows or linux, 32 or 64-bits)

 

InnoScan^® Autoloader is mainly :

• a real confocal scanner associated with an dynamic autofocus to get high sensitivity and low background noise
• a scanner able to scan high density slide (pixel size is 1 or 3 μm according to the model)
• a simultaneous scan of the 2 colors (Cy3 and Cy5) in less than 4 minutes/slide¹
• a very compact size for lab space saving
