DNA arrays have revolutionised functional genomics research. Using this new technology it is now possible to define changes in the expression of thousands of genes at once, or to locate pairing sites for transcription factors along the genome.

InnoScan 710 is the ideal scanner for reading low and medium density DNA arrays as it is for BAC arrays or oligonucleotide microarrays with spot size larger than 40 µm.

To read high density, HD2 and HD4 types or with spot size less than 40 µm, the InnoScan 900 offers you the highest resolution on the market (1 µm/pixel) while combining rapidity and precision for a reliable result.

Proteomics

Protein arrays are useful for detecting and validating bio-markers rapidly and economically.

Antibody arrays and reverse phase protein arrays (RPPA), generally medium or low density, can be read on an InnoScan 710.

The high resolution of InnoScan 900 allows high density arrays (spots smaller than 40 µm) to be read and is perfectly suited to visualising cells recognised by antibodies immobilised on an arrays.
