Since it began in business, Innopsys has pursued a responsible approach to the environment. Our premises at Carbonne were constructed in 2004 using a HQE (High Environmental Quality) approach. The building was designed in accordance with bio-climatic principles (control of sunshine exposure), using non-polluting, low-energy-cost materials (wood, gas heating, bio-friendly paint and natural insulation).
This voluntary approach continues today through a commitment to Social Responsibility.
The issue is to implement a strategic management tool to ensure sustainability of the business, and to structure the company based on social responsability values. One objective is to create, in line with common values, environment and working conditions that promote the loyalty, well-being, creativity and motivation of employees.
Innopsys is a member of club des dirigeants durables de Midi Pyrénées.
